For those considering applying to study medicine, obtaining work experience during this period can prove to be of great difficulty. Fortunately, there have been wonderful innovations of remote work experience that allow students to further their medical applications from the comfort of their homes whilst finding out more about a career in medicine.
Research shows that typically students who have relevant Medical work experience are at greater advantages when it comes to obtaining admission into universities. This is because work experience helps to give insight into the medical world and shows genuine passion and interest that you are motivated to get into your chosen career.
This Work experience is a bonus for prospective medical students across the board, whether you are looking to study medicine in the UK or abroad.
Remote work experience is also a great opportunity for current medical students studying abroad in Europe. It gives current students a chance to brush up on their clinical skills whilst also gaining a greater insight into UK medical practices.
We have compiled a brief list of opportunities for students seeking either relevant work experience or volunteering!
